Welcome
Our goal is to alleviate the stress of office overload which can be exhausting, overwhelming, and counterproductive! Those daily small irritations of misplaced items, being unable to locate needed documents, and more, all pile up over time and chip away at purpose and productivity. Discovering the many small sources of friction and replacing them with functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions is our specialty.
With our guidance, you can enjoy a serene and organized workspace that allows more of you to shine through what you do. That changes, not only your own mental health; like ripples in a pond, it changes the affect you have on your family, friends, and even your community.
Big or small, personal or business, let us help you reclaim your work space!
Judy Riley,
Owner and Lead Organizer

Hi! I’m Judy, creator of Organize My Office. My passion for organizing became evident during my twenty years working for Los Angeles Unified School District. I worked as an Office Assistant for many Administrators, all of whom put me to work organizing projects no one else wanted to take on. I thrived in those projects and slowly acquired a reputation for handling large projects with ease. Between the larger projects that sometimes spanned several years, I also enjoyed the challenge of small projects. Administrator’s desks were typically a paper Rubik’s cube due to their heavy work loads. One by one, I restored order to desk after desk, learning along the way the many different work styles.
I was very fortunate the last few years before my retirement to work with a small group of engineers and business analysts who engaged me in mapping and streamlining workflow in areas such as contracts, purchasing, warehouse inventory, and introducing new software to the workforce. These were the skills I needed to fine-tune the client work process for an individual or a group, regardless of the office size.
I retired just as Covid was ramping up and began focusing on one of my favorite hobbies, woodworking. This knowledge enables me to work well with clients who enjoy DIY projects. It also enables me to make wise choices when purchasing furniture and storage solutions that are durable and economical.
Between projects, I painted, gardened, crafted, and decorated for friends and family. But through it all, organizing has been a constant.
I have come full circle now and hope to share all that I’ve learned to help those struggling with overwhelm and a sheer lack of time to tackle all that goes into organizing an office. It is my heart-felt mission to restore peace and order out of chaos, as well as to provide a more personal expression to business owners who tirelessly serve our community. Welcome, and I look forward to meeting you.
